Fresh, fruity and very nuanced profile with fantastic balance. The smoke is present, but it's elegant and lets those other unique flavours shine. The overripe fruit notes are something I'd normally find exciting in a white rum, so this definitely has wider appeal. This feels like a nuanced, complex mezcal, perfect for slow sipping.
