This one's really tasty, multifaceted and also quite smooth too. While some Tobalas can lean heavily in either earthy or floral directions, this one is is just right. The luscious sweetness is enjoyable without being cloying, and the texture – that slight oiliness – is classic Tobala. It's surprisingly complex for how smooth it is.
