The bitter, hoppiness of a WCIPA with the lightness, body and profile of a pilsner. Light, thin in texture, slightly fizzy with a good hoppiness that is half sobering and half palate cleansing. Classic hoppy flavours of pine resin, cut grass and raw capsicum. Light cereal and dilute oatmeal porridge flavours with a nutty, steel cut oat flavour at the finish.
