Simple in composition, yet complex in flavour! However, when you drink this with soda, the bitterness takes a backseat, with lots of citrus and gingery aromas and flavours opening up! By its own, it reads more broody and medicinal, the ginseng and gentiane showing more character, but in a spritz, the lighter, more aromatic and joyful aromas and flavours take up the main stage.
