Genuine yuzu! A sake that infuses great yuzu character without it being overly cloying or sour. A great balance of sweetness, whilst still getting much character of the yuzu. Relatively light, with the sake adding a great creaminess to the body. Big and juicy, tart and refreshing. Great stuff! Well done NTU WSOC for finding this one!
