A rather classic sake but extremely well made.
While I felt last year's brew was a little more....meh, probably due to challenges of the rice harvest, this year they've knocked it out of the park once again, if not even better than the year before, with such a meticulous attention to balance. Drink this fresh and soon before those lovely nama notes disappear.
