Despite the strong, relatively present aromas, this sake is quite soft and gentle on the palate. This sake, personally, really conjures images of fresh cream and fruits - especially those fruit cream sandos you see in Japanese convenience stalls or fruit jam cream puffs. This sake doesn't get cloying, perhaps with credit to how relatively gentle the sake is on the palate, but still has enough structure and elements of savouriness and rice flavours that doesn't stray too far from a typical sake.
