This is inarguably the most fascinating and impressive Makgeolli I've tasted thus far - it is immediately apparent how deliberate and intentionally made it is, clearly conveying that artisanal quality. There's a whole lot going on here, and all of it screams thoughtfulness and being clearly artisanal. It's an intellectually stimulating and also really complete and complex Makgeolli, that is so accessibly thought-provoking that it'll immediately make clear what authentic Makgeolli ought to be.
