Very inky on appearance. The tartness is equally bitey and stalky, with slight brett aromas and characteristics. Personally, the fruity and tannic flavours don't mix and integrate as well here, having instead separate waves of flavour. But there is an appreciable herbaceousness, leafy slant on the palate.
