On the nose, alpine flowers of chamomile, dandelions, mild hints of mangolias and a slight sweet rootiness of liqourice and orris. Palate wise, it is mild, sweet that is balanced with just the right amount of bitterness, more akin to lightly steeped gentiane and hints of artemesia. Finish wise, it lingers long and sweet, again bringing about floral flavours of chamomile blossoms, but accented with herbaceousness of verbana.
