It was seamless, firm and supple throughout, first opening with concentrate and crystalline melon nectar aromas, with the body candied and honeyed, super plush and still filled in with all these delicate yet concentrated almost syrupy melon notes, that begins to develop a gentle and harmonised savouriness of grilled meats that carries through to the finish.
