Wow! So seamless and doughy in texture! That doughiness is almost stretchy and chewy and you really get a sense of it with this incredible depth and definition! There's also all these aromas of salted butter, honey and bread, with also pears, that all carries through the palate and finish. Light acidity, amazing texture. Alittle more oxidative into the finish. Wow wow wow! So impressed!
