Really nice Rose de Noir that combines the richer lees aged sparkling wine qualities with the freshness of a Rose. It's got those wild strawberries and grassiness but here it's delivered with a good deal of doughiness and cold butter, with also a richer and more plush body that's still crisp. It's got a great balance texture wise, really taking the Rose aspects to a whole other level and beefing it up. Super satisfying!
