quite rich, honeyed, smooth vanillic. yeastiness, breadiness, touch of slate and wet stones with toasted coconut, light herbal notes. lots of bruised apples over time. on the palate rather lively, initially lots of citrus pulp and peel, then quickly gets quite rounded with notes of seashells, ripe apricots and a long lasting dryness that really holds on the back of tongue for a long time. very very balanced acidity. quite easy to drink, quite a crowd pleaser.
