Really nice aromatics with that cold salted butter that I am a huge fan of. It's layered on the nose with this lighter more delicate flour-y powderiness, backed by buttered popcorn and then at the base is that apple savouriness. It's rich and firm on the palate, more driven as well with lots of savoury apples and fine bubbles. It's clean and crisp into the finish. It leans brighter but with a really compact and satisfyingly firm body.
