Nose has vanilla (duh, it’s bourbon), spices (like cinnamon) and idk, cherry? No apples for sure. Palate, brown sugar, some oak/tannins going on, rather spicy and mildly hot on middle of tongue I must say, giving feel to some peppermint aftertaste.
