Wow! This was so impressive! The depth of earthiness here is just completely amazing! It's giving toasted sesame, kinako, chopped peanuts, that's then confectionary too. It's got these unbelievably malty and chocolatey aroma that's reminiscent of ovaltine powder and milo powder, with a smooth and milky, earthy body. The finish is a continuation of the palate which then just carries on seamlessly.

[Tasted at Sake Matsuri 2025] [Sool Cellar] Nutty, creamy and somewhat chocolatey! The nose reminds me of rice crackers and rice crispies, with the palate reading of injeolmi and warabimochi, ending off with white chocolate coated rice crispies at the finish.
