Initial impressions on the nose really evoke a Flanders Red Ale. very prominent sharp lactic acidity, farmhousy brett funk and mild chili notes. really generous, really flavourful. rich ricey creamy character, caramel roasted chestnuts, joined by a sharp but sweet lactic tang.
