As a wine cask, not my usual favourite. Wine casks with sulphites can be acrid and sharp, and this was the case for this particular dram for me. For those who like the sharp flavours, this would be appropriate for you.
Nose: sharp, acrid, light acidity and sulphites, metallic grape fumes
Palate: savoury, thick, dry tea leaves, light bitterish red grapes, mild sulphites
