The aromatics on this was really surprising and of course delightful - who doesn't like them cinnamon churros? The berries definitely take the lead the moment we taste it, with that streaky acidity immediately coming through, backed up by jams and preserves. It almost feels like we're drinking jam except here it's more lifted and lighter. Those confectionaries stay although take more of a backseat role.
