This is what you'd think of as a rather gourmet beer - something that feels perfect for food pairing. It's very delicately sweet, really mostly dry, yet with these concentrated flavours of dried fruits and musty foodstuffs, as well as all these earthiness of what feels like a bazaar - old leather, exotic spices, fruits of tangerines and bananas.
