Assemblage 5 feels like a continuation in the direction as we saw in terms of progression from Assemblages 3 and 4, that is, it's more classic Junmai Daiginjo, more of that fruitiness of melons and tartness of yogurt, with a touch of pepper; essentially brighter and more elegant.
