hands down the most surprising way someone has ever thought to drink makgeolli! I tried the Shake Shack Makgeolli Shake which blends Koksoondang Makgeolli with pineapple purée, lime juice, and vanilla frozen custard, and JESUS, this was delicious. Tasted literally like *fresh* key lime pie, vanilla cream and later evolved into notes of milk buns. SOOO DELICIOUS. I will be making makgeolli shakes at home from now onwards.
