Exemplary of the magic that blended shochu brings! The nose is very characteristic of a classic imo shochu, yet the palate reads very similarly to rice shochu. I do feel that the koji element of rice shochus is slightly diminished here, instead showcasing more rice aromas and palate. Super interesting, yet easy going! A definite recommendation!
