Wow! My favourite of the mermaid gins I've tried so far! I love the nose on this - super vibrant and fresh and loaded with lemon zest and pomelo peels. The taste itself is so intriguing - there's an unmistakable salinity on the body, but it mingles with the citrus sweetness in a way that reminds me of an Isotonic drink (Pocari Sweat comes to mind!). It's quite delicious! Juniper and coriander spice are present, helping to balance on all those citrusy flavours.
