Nice syrupy body with good depth and great spice accents of cordeceps, five spice, cinnamon. I love the tangy sweetness of preserved mandarin peels, sour plums, roselle jam, and hawthorn. Good in a Charlie Chaplin cocktail I reckon. Yum!
