This was honestly incredibly vibrant and with great power and intensity to its flavours - this was truly phenomenal! While it was alittle muted and varnish-y on the nose, the palate brought forth so much vibrance of candied fruits, it's just incredibly spectacular. It was just candied fruits and maltose candy all around, so well-expressed, big and bold flavours that are also at the same time crystalline and so detailed.
