這是一款釀造過程中以櫻花漬作為點綴的酸啤。酒款以皮爾森麥芽為主，再以少量的小麥麥芽、燕麥平衡偏酸的酒體。櫻花瓣在梅子醋和鹽巴中漬成櫻花漬，於煮沸以及冷端熟成階段加入，透過不同溫度舒展出層次礦物鹹味。 輕鬆聞著水果酸香，淺嚐酒體蜜餞般的鹹酸甜，仿佛身在海邊，享受著海風帶來的海水氣息。這波酸鹹綿而悠長、經久不散。
