2018年，野孩子实验计划正式执行，我们捕捉武汉本土野菌并反复筛选，在陈酿过葡萄酒，烈酒，等酒的橡木桶中长时间缓慢发酵，将1年&2年&3年甚至更久远的野菌艾尔进行混合，带来复杂多样的风味。 桶陈3年，基酒风味更加饱满多变，我们选择加入新鲜水果来调和层次。饱满的树莓，几百斤的整颗投放，酒体呈明亮的桃红色。入口是明亮的果酸酸，野菌带来的富有层次的酸，随后是橡木桶带来的一丝桶味，莓果的酸香在野菌赋予的马厩味、谷仓味、青草味味道中来回跳跃，就像山间的精灵，若隐若现，神秘且俏皮。 Full raspber...(Read More)
