[Good as Gold #17 - This blend is composed of three barrels, 2045 (14 month old Gold), 2047 (15 month old Gold) and 1863 (19 month old Gold) equally blended with the 131st batch of Gold brewed in early Feb 2022. ]
The flavours are subtle, approachable, not taking too much in one direction - they're very well balanced, taking off in pops. I really appreciate the slight lactic, yoghurt funk on the beers - all while providing a very enjoyable sourness that doesn't sting the palate. Delicious!
