冬のあわいでは、秋のあわいで使ったホップを軸に据え、そこに多用な麦芽とスパイスを加えることで移ろう変化を表現しました。また、温度の上昇と共に香りが開き変化するこのビールには、しっとりと深まっていく冬の世界の目には見えない地下で、多様な生命が誕生に向けて少しずつ力を蓄えているイメージも表現しています。 甘い物ともよく合うと思うので、ちびちびゆっくりと温度の変化とともに変わる味わいを楽しんでいただければ嬉しいです。
