Really yeast driven, its quite rustic and fresh, feels very Belgian. Like a more bold and forward saison with richer and stronger fruit and yeast flavours. Actually quite refreshing and enjoyable. I can see why people might be taken aback by the strong citrusy tart punch at the start of the palate, but I like how the acidity is firm and not cutting or high toned, and I like how it progresses to this yeast driven Belgian quality.
