I found this much gentler and more evocative than the flagship Estrella Galicia Especial. It felt like it was freshly pulled from a cask and had on draft. It’s much rawer and more rustic, and purer in that sense. I also found the La Estrella De Galicia much more complex, with the flavors much more interwoven and well-integrated, expressive yet mellow - and it all comes together very nicely! It is rustic and plushy soft into the finish.
