多くの皆さまに支えられ、カマドブリュワリーは販売から1年を迎えることができました！この1年、様々なことに挑戦してきましたが、1周年記念に目指したものが、｢和の極み｣。干し椎茸、ホンビノス貝、鰹節から出汁をとった、風味と旨味たっぷりのペールエール。スモーキーな香りと、出汁のうまみ、麦芽のコク、そしてカスケードの苦味が調和し、醸造長曰く｢アテがなくても何杯も飲める｣仕上がりとなりました。
