Passions cyklon at 6.0% is a sour with papaya and passion fruit. It is elegant and easy to drink, with lots of sweetness from papaya and acidity from passion fruit.

A light, sour blonde beer. Dryhopped with Hallertau Blanc, Comet and Sabro.

This sour ale was brewed using the ‘kettle souring’ technique. We add in both Pineapple Juice and Concentrate to produce tropical flavours with a nice tart finish

Another overly fruited sour for your enjoyment. Conditioned on copious amounts of pomegranate, this Berliner is full and thick. Tart fruit and a dessert like finish.
